When you submit the demo or application form, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, company, message, CV, and profile links). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and analytics.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a demo, evaluate your application, and follow up about Vektar Tech products. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies & local storage
We store your theme and language preferences in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we run is privacy-respecting and aggregated.
4. Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited technical data to verify you are human; see Cloudflare's privacy notice.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to requests (for example, our hosting and email providers), under appropriate agreements.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and maintain our records, after which they are deleted on request or per our retention schedule.
